Top-seeded players Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, and Andy Murray are among the tennis stars playing in a charity soccer match Wednesday night. They played against a local team to benefit the Japanese relief effort.
Event organizer Arron Davidson described the match as "phenomenal."

"With a protagonist like Djokovic leading the charge, it was unquestionable that this number of tennis players would come out, but still, you don't believe it till you see it."
The players are in the Miami area to play at the ATP Sony Ericsson Open.
They took a short break to play the match at a local high school against the Fort Lauderdale Strikers who play in the North American Soccer League.
Australian Open champion Djokovic says he’s happy to see the turnout of players and fans, and expressed his support for the people of quake-stricken Japan.

"We all feel sorry for the people there and for everything that is going on, so, to show our contribution in some ways is great."
Earnings from the match will go to help the Red Cross in their effort to help victims of the recent earthquake and tsunami that devastated Japan.
